I haven't been trainin really hard. The last 3 weeks have been a let down for me. I don't run much and was just able to fit in the Tuesday core trainings. I can feel that my body is getting back to it's "slack" mode. Need to change it up. I can think of all the reasons why I am not running lately and should stop as I just use it as an excuse.
Will run. I promise. I'm better. Go!
