I regret stopping and regret gaining all lost pounds...
I have successfully made it to my first goal - to reach a waistline of (toot!!!). I did manage to get into that first goal in 5 months. It was a good feeling as everytime I purchase a new pair of pants and I just yell (toot!!!) instead of the usual 38-40 (now, figure it out). Now, couple of days after Christmas and New Year celebrations, I gained 5 lbs. And is trying to get rid of it fast. I bought a twister (the one where you twist your body) and schedule runs. I want to get back on track and shed more pounds and more inches.
I am going to run... tomorrow. On Thursday. On Sunday. Next week. Next next Sunday. - This is my mantra today.
Food intake was also changed starting today. Oatmeal and coffee for breakfast, Subway for lunch and light light dinner...
I am going to do it...
